The accolades didn’t stop there. Jaden VanAllen took 4th place, while Trampus Herman and Bronson Holland finished 5th and 6th, respectively, each receiving $1,000 and $500 scholarships. Collin Irvin, Jett Manzelli, and Lance Doss also made impressive showings, finishing 8th, 9th, and 10th, with each earning a $500 scholarship.
“Education is always the highest priority, but giving kids the opportunity to earn scholarships and be a part of something bigger at the collegiate level is really special. I’m proud that our kids took a big step towards reaching that goal this weekend.” said Jordan Crilly.
The Water Valley FFA meat judging team is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as they prepare for future contests and the prospect of attending Texas Tech.
Congratulations to the entire team on their fantastic achievement! Keep up the great work, and continue to learn and grow in this exciting field!
